After receiving his certification from the National Press Photographers Association, Bob Quesada worked as a news photographer covering South Florida. His assignments ranged from Presidential visits to civil disturbances, Shuttle launches to Miss Universe pageants and of course, a good dose of local politics and drug busts.

After a few years he realized that the initial excitement of the job had worn off and started looking for something that would be more rewarding. Then, a friend asked him to photograph his wedding and as they say, the rest is history.

He has been photographing weddings for the past fifteen years. During this time he has received numerous awards for his work. He has taught photography courses at Miami-Dade Community College. He also hosted a broadcast network photography segment sponsored by Kodak. His images have been televised on CBS, CNN and PBS.

His corporate clients include Condé Nast (Vogue Magazine), American Express and Bloomingdales, as well as, several South Florida companies.

For him nothing beats the combination of elements and techniques required in photographing a wedding. "You have to be able to photograph interiors, products, fashion, beauty, classical portraiture and of course, be invisible when needed in order to record this tremendous range of emotions, whether it is the transformation of the bride as she gets ready for the most important day of her life, or, those little hand squeezes the bride and groom give each other for support.

I just love it!".
